Big Dozen Photo Challenge

Photography · Fall 2026 · September 2026

This assignment is designed to introduce us to full manual control of our DSLR or mirrorless camera. We will work in a small, contained location, using our imagination to photograph the unexpected, the overlooked, and the curious—Subjects where their meaning might change depending on how we frame and light them. Through this process, we’ll learn to control ISO, shutter speed, aperture (F/stop), lighting, and editing while producing compelling and intentional images
